    What is Personal Training?

   Personal Training is a fitness program designed around each individual’s needs and/or goals. Whether your objective is to improve your general fitness, lose weight, prepare for a specific event or improve performance in a sport, an individualized training program can get you the results your after.

         Modern life, for most of us, has become very sedentary. Our minds and bodies, have evolved during the last 500,000 years as we have moved physically. Without physical activity, our bodies and minds can not function at their highest level. Recent neuroscience has indicated that exercise stimulates new brain cell growth, helps balance our neurotransmitters and is effective in treating stress, anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalances in women, addiction, ADHD and may stave off the early onset of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.  So, what are you waiting for?  Let us, help you to change and save your “healthy life.”

Consultation and Assessment

This 2 hour session includes an in depth discussion about you, your history with fitness and your goals for the future. We will perform postural and physiological assessments to determine your fitness level and identify imbalances that may need attention.  Fee: $100

Personal Training Package

Commit to be fit! This 10 session package includes the Initial Consultation and Assessment and 9 individual 1 hour sessions. Give yourself a chance for a lifestyle change. Make fitness part of your life. We’ll be there every step of the way.

Fee: $500  ($640 value)

Starter Kit

Initial Consultation and Assessment plus 3 individual 1 hour sessions to get you started. You will also receive 2 individualized training programs for you to continue with.  Fee: $200  ($280 value)

Personal Training Session    

One hour training sessions to focus on your program. We will reinforce good training form, perform strength tests, make changes to a program, promote program adherence and have some fun.  Fee: 1 Hour-$60, ½ Hour-$40.

Partner Training Session   

Workout with a partner, who is at a compatible fitness level. Enjoy the company and share the time. Fee: 1 Hour-$40/each.
